| dc.description.abstract | Para la ejecución esta estrategia la cual está enfocada a la promoción del buen trato, Se trabajó el enfoque cualitativo, desde la Investigación Acción (IA).
Se manejaron cinco fases en las cuales se aplicaron inicialmente técnicas para la recolección de información como la fecha sociodemográfica, grupo focal y escala bief, posteriormente instrumentos de tecnología social, previo a la implementación de los talleres se aplicó un pre test y al finalizar un pos test.
Por lo anterior se recomienda las instituciones tanto públicas como privadas sean garantes de derechos y visibilicen a través estos procesos los impactos que generan las conductas violentas y agresivas.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | For the execution of this strategy which is focused on the promotion of good treatment, the qualitative approach was worked on, from the Action Research (AI).
Five phases were handled in which techniques were initially applied for the collection of information such as sociodemographic date, focus group and bief scale, subsequently social technology instruments, prior to the implementation of the workshops a pre-test was applied and at the end of a post test.
Therefore, it is recommended that both public and private institutions be guarantors of rights and make visible through these processes the impacts generated by violent and aggressive behaviors.
