| dc.description.abstract | El sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) toma una gran importancia en la implementación de las empresas colombianas, su gran utilidad y conveniencia en el crecimiento y productividad de las organizaciones, avaladas por la normatividad vigente hace necesario la puesta en marcha para Vitola SAS, siendo la prioridad principal de esta investigación
Actualmente VITOLA SAS se encuentra en proceso de implementación total e integral del SG-SST, pues sólo desde septiembre de 2019 se dio inicio a la ejecución inicial del sistema, donde se logró avanzar en la práctica de algunas actividades que han sido trascendentales en el propósito de cumplir a un 100% con cada uno de los estándares especificados por ley.
Por lo anterior el propósito de esta actividad es alcanzar por parte de los estudiantes la posibilidad de integrar los conceptos y temáticas propuestas dentro del curso e implementarlas en las organizaciones, adoptando las medidas apropiadas que ofrezcan un modelo adecuado enfocado al bienestar del recurso humano y de la empresa.
Es por ello que se desarrollarán las actividades necesarias, para alcanzar los objetivos planteados, identificando en el primer capítulo el problema, sus antecedentes y justificación. Se abordará en el segundo capítulo los soportes teóricos y legales como apoyo y comprobación del trabajo investigativo. En el tercer capítulo observaremos el desarrollo de una investigación cualitativa, por medio de la cual se recopilará información y se analizará el proceso de transición e implementación del SG-SST. En el cuarto capítulo, se presentarán resultados sobre los hallazgos y por último un quinto capítulo donde se desarrollará un plan de mejora enfocado al beneficio del personal, pero a la vez aportando productividad a la empresa VITOLA SAS. | spa |

VITOLA SAS is currently in the process of full and comprehensive implementation of the SG-SST, since only from September 2019 did the initial execution of the system begin, where it was possible to advance in the practice of some activities that have been transcendental in purpose 100% compliance with each of the standards specified by law.
Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to achieve on the part of the students the possibility of integrating the concepts and themes proposed within the course and implementing them in the organizations, adopting the appropriate measures that offer an adequate model focused on the well-being of human resources and the company.
For this reason, the necessary activities will be developed to achieve the stated objectives, identifying in the first chapter the problem, its background and justification. The theoretical and legal supports will be addressed in the second chapter as support and verification of the investigative work. In the third chapter we will observe the development of qualitative research, through which information will be collected and the transition and implementation process of the SG-SST will be analyzed. In the fourth chapter, results will be presented on the findings and finally a fifth chapter where an improvement plan will be developed focused on the benefit of the personnel, but at the same time contributing productivity to the company VITOLA SAS. | spa |
