The non-existence of horticultural production units allowed the implementation of an extension plan that generated food security in the Decidete rehabilitation center. The plan applied in group method characterized, trained, and evaluated the performance by criteria of knowledge and product, in the members of the center, when developing talks, demonstration of methods and techniques of seedling, elaboration of bio-inputs, soil management to establish productive units Horticultural tomato, common coriander, cucumber cucumber and onion junca in warm weather. In order to facilitate the appropriation of knowledge, people from the rehabilitation center were linked to a research process, where the development of seedlings in trays was analyzed. The% germination (% G), Total germinated seeds (TSG), days of germination (MDG), Height (Alt), True Leaves (Hv) and Root Length (Lr) of the manalucie variety tomato seedlings were recorded, by design test of 12 treatments with 3 replicates each treatment of 16 cells with one seed per cell, for 576 experimental units. Substrates were used; Clay and Bocashi (AB), Cascarilla and Tierra Negra (CTN), Peat and Coconut Fiber (TFC), Commercial Radicular Biostimulant SAFER (BR), Diatiovny commercial Diatoms (D), distributed in treatments T1AB, T2ABBR, T3ABD, T4ABBR, T5CTN, T6CTNBR, T7CTND, T8CTNBRD, T9TFC, T10TFCBR, T11TFCD, T12TFCBRD. The variance and Tukey test in significance level (P> 0.05) in InfoStat showed; T11TFCD with 100 (% G), 6.67 (MDG) and 16 (TSG), T4ABBR (Alt) 15.2 cm, T11TFCD 5 (Hv), and T10TFCBR (Lr) 5cm.spa
