dc.description.abstractenglishThe main purpose of this monograph is to analyze the main benefits of the use of ICT for the teaching of English as a foreign language in primary schools and different levels of education in Colombia, from the search of bibliography of articles and studies that support its effectiveness in the teaching of a second language, additionally to address current issues presented by Colombia in terms of the process of teaching and learning English as a foreign language, and how it proposes the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as a possible educational strategy to achieve a significant improvement in this process.
