dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto aplicado fue realizado con el propósito de hacer el análisis del correcto manejo del biodigestor como tecnología para procesar la porcinaza y el buen uso final del biol como fertilizante dentro de los diferentes sistemas productivos agropecuarios que tienen las Estaciones Agrarias de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia en la sede de Medellín. Se tiene como principal objetivo identificar los aspectos relevantes dentro del manejo adecuado de biol porcino obtenido por medio de biodigestor en el sistema de producción Porcicola de la Estación Agraria San Pablo de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia sede Medellín, ubicada en el Oriente del departamento de Antioquia en la vereda tablacito del municipio de Rionegro. Se analizo la forma correcta de recolección de la porcinaza y su proceso dentro del biodigestor, resaltando la importancia de realizar análisis físico-químicos y microbiológicos para conocer la calidad del biol y definiendo los aspectos más relevantes para su correcto uso. El manejo del biol porcino obtenido por medio de biodigestor es un proyecto de gran impacto tanto para el sistema de producción porcícola como para manejos de pastos y cultivos, por ello es importante impulsarlo para que sea referente para la comunidad educativa y productores incentivando el correcto manejo de la porcinaza convirtiéndolo en un aliado estratégico en los componentes económicos, social y ambiental de las producciones.

dc.description.abstractenglish	This applied project was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the correct management of the biodigester as a technology to process pigs and the good final use of biol as fertilizer within the different agricultural production systems that have the Agricultural Stations of the National University of Colombia in the headquarters of Medellín. The main objective is to identify the relevant aspects within the proper management of pig biol obtained by means of a biodigester in the Porcicola production system of the San Pablo Agrarian Station of the National University of Colombia headquarters Medellín, located in the East of the department of Antioquia in the tablacito village of the municipality of Rionegro. The correct way of collecting pigs and their process within the biodigester was analyzed, highlighting the importance of performing physical-chemical and microbiological analyses to know the quality of the biol and defining the most relevant aspects for its correct use. The management of pig biol obtained through a biodigester is a project of great impact both for the pig production system and for pasture and crop management, so it is important to promote it so that it is a reference for the educational community and producers encouraging the correct management of pigs, making it a strategic ally in the economic components, social and environmental productions.
