| dc.description.abstract | El presente articulo tiene la total intención de identificar aquellas necesidades que a simple vistas conducen a un comportamiento nocivo para los métodos de aprendizaje desarrollado dentro de un aula de clase, por ello, el principal propósito es el reconocimiento, de dichas falencias dentro de las conductas que van sobre la intolerancia y el pleno desarrollo de relaciones interpersonales en un ambiente que está en la búsqueda de la formación de nuevas generaciones. Dentro de la educación básica primaria son muchos los compromisos y la composición de métodos pedagógicos para satisfacer aquellas carencias que un niño puede tener a la hora de no solo relacionarse en un entorno diferente, por lo tanto y desde una propuesta investigativa, se pretende aportar a la formación de jóvenes con perspectivas diferentes en base a la tolerancia, el respeto y el buen desempeño como ciudadano. Se logro, mediante las actividades implementadas que los alumnos interactuaran y trabajaran en grupo superando las discrepancias que no les permitía su desarrollo emocional y de aprendizaje, dando muestra de ser niños más seguros de sí mismos, valorando a su compañero y comprometidos con su formación. La intención de este trabajo es que se tenga en cuenta propuestas pedagógicas donde se investigue más a fondo cuales son las causas que influyen a la mala convivencia que se crea en los entornos escolares que afecta las relaciones interpersonales y el aprendizaje. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article has the full intention of identifying those needs that at first glance lead to harmful behavior for the learning methods developed within a classroom, therefore, the main purpose is the recognition of such shortcomings within the behaviors. that go about intolerance and the full development of interpersonal relationships in an environment that is in search of the formation of new generations. Within basic primary education there are many commitments and the composition of pedagogical methods to satisfy those deficiencies that a child may have when it comes to not only interacting in a different environment than at his young age, as is the case of the population chosen as the matrix for the full development of this research proposal, third grade first grade students, from the mini mundo educational center, in the city of Riohacha. It is because of them that their main characteristics are their young age, and the little capacity for the recognition of attitudes that although they are related to or aimed at a healthy environment which allows them to provide each other with an education that trains young people with different perspectives based on tolerance, respect and good performance as citizens. Although the methodology that was implemented is true, it would allow, at first glance, the notorious change of those children that were generated in the course of the development of said research proposal. Initially, emotions were a fundamental part of gaining confidence and being able to identify one by one. emotions in each of the activities. It was achieved through the implemented activities that the students interacted and worked in a group, overcoming the discrepancies that their emotional and learning development did not allow them, they show that they are more self-confident children and valuing their partner, likewise, committed to their training. The intention of this work is to take into account pedagogical proposals where the causes that influence the bad coexistence that is created in school environments that affect interpersonal relationships and learning are further investigated. | |
