| dc.description.abstract | Garantizar el uso racional del agua, es el principal objetivo que debe tener
todo ser humano comprometido con el medio ambiente, ya que con este valioso
recurso se garantiza la subsistencia de las especies bióticas (entre ellas el ser
humano), y también para poder mantener un equilibrio ecosistémico. Ya que
según (Bankinter, 2017) “Los recursos hídricos son cada vez más escasos, sobre
todo en determinadas zonas del planeta afectadas por el cambio climático y por el
proceso de urbanización global. Muchos especialistas coinciden en que en el
futuro la lucha por el agua será la principal fuente de conflictos mundiales, más
que el petróleo”.
Este trabajo se enmarca en múltiples referentes bibliográficos relacionados
con temas medioambientales, hídricos, normativos y demás, así como en los
conocimientos adquiridos en mi paso por la Subdirección de Gestión Ambiental de
la Corporación Autónoma Regional de las Valles del Sinú y del San Jorge – CVS
como calidad de pasante, y trata de explicar los procesos que se requieren para
obtener Concesión de Aguas Subterráneas en la Corporación, obteniendo de ello
una guía que suministre información importante para realizar dicho proceso. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Guaranteeing the rational use of water is the main objective that every
human being committed to the environment must have, since with this valuable
resource the subsistence of biotic species (among them the human being) is5
guaranteed, and also to be able to maintain an ecosystem balance. Since
according to (Bankinter, 2017) "Water resources are increasingly scarce,
especially in certain areas of the planet affected by climate change and by the
global urbanization process. Many specialists agree that in the future the struggle
for water will be the main source of world conflicts, more than oil”.
This work is framed in multiple bibliographic references related to
environmental, water, regulatory and other issues, as well as in the knowledge
acquired in my time at the Subdirectorate of Environmental Management of the
Regional Autonomous Corporation of the Sinú and San Jorge Valleys - CVS as an
intern, and tries to explain the processes that are required to obtain a Groundwater
Concession in the Corporation, obtaining from it a guide that provides important
information to carry out said process. | |
