| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo busca de manera reflexiva generar una propuesta pedagógica que permita identificar la importancia de la docencia en el desarrollo de habilidades que fortalezcan la enseñanza del Inglés de acuerdo al punto de vista que generan estudiantes de la universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD de primeros semestres del programa Licenciatura en Inglés cuyo planteamiento surge de dar a conocer los motivos que impulsan al estudiante a crear un escenario nuevo en el cual se identifiquen y creen una nueva perspectiva de la importancia de ser docentes y como ellos a través de su propio conocimiento pueden llegar a cambiar ideas y conocimientos en base a la información que poseen otros.
A través de sesiones de reflexión con futuros docentes relacionados con la enseñanza de una segunda lengua se crean temas de análisis del ambiente de aprendizaje del Inglés y como este se convierte en una alternativa importante para crear oportunidades relevantes en diversos ámbitos que permiten al ser humano desarrollar ciertas habilidades que construyen un mejor estilo de vida personal, de la misma forma analizar la importancia de los docentes en la creación de medios de aprendizaje idóneos que fortalezcan y fomenten la enseñanza de manera idónea y didáctica tal como menciona Biava y Segura (2010) docentes Argentinas “ El uso de una lengua extranjera, con énfasis en inglés, ha pasado de ser un privilegio a ser una necesidad en los diferentes sectores productivos”.
En relación a lo anterior se puede indicar cómo se establece la importancia de la docencia en el desarrollo de espacios adecuados de aprendizaje que fomenten y creen estrategias de desarrollo de habilidades importantes en los estudiantes que permitan identificar aspectos relevantes en la importancia de inculcar una segunda lengua en el lapso de la creación personal de un proyecto de vida y de nuevas oportunidades sociales, tal como se menciona en comunicado del Ministerio de educación nacional, Pag. 3 “El lugar que actualmente tiene el maestro le asigna la labor definitiva de formar a las jóvenes generaciones, razón que pone al orden del día la función social de sus acciones”. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The following work seeks in a reflexive way to generate a pedagogical proposal that allows to identify the importance of teaching in the development of skills that strengthen the teaching of English according to the point of view generated by students of the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD of first semesters of the program This approach arises from making known the reasons that drive students to create a new scenario in which they identify themselves and create a new perspective of the importance of being teachers and how they, through their own knowledge, can change ideas and knowledge based on the information that others have.
Through reflection sessions with future teachers related to the teaching of a second language, themes of analysis of the English learning environment are created and how this becomes an important alternative to create relevant opportunities in various areas that allow human beings to develop certain skills that build a better personal lifestyle, In the same way analyze the importance of teachers in the creation of suitable learning media that strengthen and promote teaching in a suitable and didactic way as mentioned by Biava and Segura (2010) Argentine teachers "The use of a foreign language, with emphasis on English, has gone from being a privilege to being a necessity in different productive sectors".
In relation to the above, it is possible to indicate how the importance of teaching is established in the development of adequate learning spaces that promote and create strategies for the development of important skills in students that allow identifying relevant aspects in the importance of instilling a second language in the period of personal creation of a life project and new social opportunities, as mentioned in the communiqué of the Ministry of National Education, Page 3 "The place that currently has the teacher assigns the final task of training young generations, reason that puts on the agenda the social function of their actions". | |
