| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación busca identificar la importancia del uso de las TIC en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de estudiantes del grado décimo de la IETC Caldas del Guamo que por razones de pandemia se hace imposible que ellos puedan acceder a sus clases de forma presencial y presenten deficiencias en los procesos de aprendizaje.
Se planteó el objetivo de determinar la importancia del uso de las TIC en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en estudiantes del grado 10° de la IETC Caldas. Metodológicamente se trabajó desde el paradigma positivista con un enfoque cuantitativo. Y el alcance de estudio descriptivo. Se aplico como instrumento de recolección de datos la Encuesta elaborada en Microsoft Forms y distribuidas por medio de WhatsApp, pues la situación de aislamiento obligatorio lo requirió. En cuanto los resultados no fueron del todo alentadores debido a la situación de estudiantes que no cuentan con medios tecnológicos y conectividad para la realización de sus clases virtuales. Lo anterior permite que se cuestione frente a las problemáticas anteriormente enunciadas para a futuro poder fortalecer los procesos de aprendizaje en las instituciones educativas en cuanto el uso de las TIC. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The research seeks to implement the use of ICT in the training process of tenth grade students who are part of the articulation with SENA and who require immediate attention for their teaching-learning process, because it promotes and strengthens in students the development of skills and abilities in the management of different applications, technological resources, the use of ICT and mobile devices to share information with teachers and students within the academic training process in their high school and their Technical training with SENA.
For the development of this research project, the survey was used as a means to collect information as a statistical instrument since it allows detailing and obtaining clear information for a better analysis of the information collected in its application, a broader investigative process can be developed and compliance with the objectives outlined to be studied in the research process. The survey As defined by López-Roldan, Pedro (2006) is one of the most widely used social research techniques in the field of Sociology and Social Sciences that has transcended the strict scope of scientific research.
The type of research that was applied was qualitative since it allowed analyzing the circumstances that generated ignorance of the use and application of ICT in their academic training process to contribute to the development of learning. The research with a quantitative approach was applied in a descriptive way, through which it was possible to know the status, characterization, appropriation, needs regarding the development of digital skills, critical thinking and real description of each student in their academic training in high school and training. technique. | |
