| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación identifica la relaciones comunicacionales, internas y externas del Instituto
Departamental de Deportes del Magdalena-INDEPORTES. Esta OSP es un instituto de
deportes Departamental, en este documento encontraremos distintas fases de la investigación que
se realizó donde se lograron varios hallazgos a través de ejercicios cualitativas, diarios de
campos, investigaciones en las oficinas y seguimientos a sus trabajos en equipo e individuales;
con esto logramos identificar debilidades, fortalezas y aspectos por mejorar
comunicacionalmente; también se realizaron mapas de relaciones donde se observaron las
imágenes de poder, el tejido asociativo y la base social de este instituto. Con base a los resultados
de las investigaciones, se diseñó una Estrategia de Fortalecimiento Organizativo y
Comunicacional partiendo desde el enfoque de Red Social. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This methodological research seeks to identify the internal and external communication
relationships of the Departmental Sports Institute of Magdalena-INDEPORTES. This OSP is a
Departmental sports institute, in this document we will find different phases of research that were
carried out over a period where several findings were achieved through qualitative investigations,
field diaries, investigations in the offices and follow-ups of their work. team and individual; With
this we were able to identify weaknesses, strengths and aspects to improve communicationally in
the OSP; Maps of relationships were also made where images of power, the associative fabric
and the social base of this institute were identified. Based on the results of the research carried
out at this OSP, an Organizational and Communication Strengthening Strategy was designed
based on the Social Network approach. | |
