| dc.description.abstract | Productos Alimenticios Estrella Gourmet, viene trabajando persistentemente en el perfeccionamiento del sistema de gestión que ha implementado para el cual ha tomado tres ejes fundamentales: Plan HACCP - Norma ISO 22000:2018 y el tema ambiental con la norma ISO 14001:2015. Para ello, ha realizado auditorías las cuales se han soportado en el diseño de programas de auditoría, teniendo en cuenta acciones de verificación del estado del sistema de gestión. En esta oportunidad, es necesario que los programas de auditoría se fortalezcan con la propuesta de un plan de auditoría con el fin de que los resultados obtenidos sean un insumo importante en la mejora continua de los procesos implementados por Productos Alimenticios Estrella Gourmet en su sistema integrado de gestión de la inocuidad y el ambiente. Este plan de auditoría tiene como objetivo identificar y corregir las oportunidades de mejora para así garantizar a sus clientes productos inocuos y ambientalmente amigables. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Productos Alimenticios Estrella Gourmet has been persistently working on improving the management system that it has implemented, for which it has taken three fundamental axes: HACCP Plan - ISO 22000:2018 Standard and the environmental issue with the ISO 14001:2015 standard. To this end, it has carried out audits that have been supported by the design of audit programs, taking into account actions to verify the status of the management system. On this occasion, it is necessary that the audit programs be strengthened with the proposal of an audit plan so that the results obtained are an important input in the continuous improvement of the processes implemented by Productos Alimenticios Estrella Gourmet in its integrated system, safety, and environmental management.
This audit plan aims to identify and correct opportunities for improvement in order to guarantee safe and environmentally friendly products to its customers. | |
