| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación para optar al título de Psicólogas de la Escuela de Ciencias Sociales, Artes y Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD, se desarrolla con el fin de identificar los factores auto determinantes del uso del tiempo libre en jóvenes de una institución educativa de Cumaral (Meta), específicamente con estudiantes de educación media de la Institución Educativa José Antonio Galán. El referente teórico del proyecto es la propuesta conceptual de Fátima Oropesa Ruíz sobre este tema, quien relaciona los postulados de las teorías de la autodeterminación de los psicólogos Edward Deci y Richard Ryan, definiendo tres aspectos que se toman en el proyecto como variables y que son los factores determinantes del uso del tiempo libre, los cuales son: autonomía, competencia percibida y relaciones. La metodología empleada para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto es cuantitativa, con un diseño no experimental descriptivo. Se aplicó una encuesta de pregunta cerrada Ad hoc, a una muestra de 136 estudiantes de la institución educativa seleccionada para el estudio. Previo a esta aplicación se realizó una prueba piloto con 18 estudiantes de grado décimo de la jornada contraria con el fin de validar el instrumento. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research project for the degree of Psychologist of the School of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities of the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD, is developed with the purpose of identifying the self-determining factors of the use of free time in young people of an educational institution of Cumaral (Meta), specifically with middle school students of the Institution Educative José Antonio Galán. The theoretical reference of the project is the conceptual proposal of Fátima Oropesa Ruíz on this subject, who relates the postulates of the self-determination theories of psychologists Edward Deci and Richard Ryan, defining three aspects that are taken in the project as variables and that are the determining factors of the use of free time, which are: autonomy, perceived competence and relationships. The methodology used to achieve the objectives of the project is quantitative, with a descriptive non-experimental design. A closed-question survey will be applied to a sample of 136 students of the educational institution selected for the study. Prior to this application, a pilot test was conducted with 18 tenth grade students of the opposite day in order to validate the instrument. | |
