| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales en la etapa escolar temprana, específicamente de los estudiantes del Centro Educativo El Porvenir, ubicado en el municipio del Charco, Nariño. Dado que se identificó, que los niños y niñas del grado primero presentaban dificultades para relacionarse de forma afectiva y asertiva con sus compañeros, mostrando timidez y baja participación, lo cual, dificulta las relaciones interpersonales, la comunicación y el logro de objetivos comunes propios del grupo.
Cabe resaltar, que fue fundamental abordar estas dificultades desde una perspectiva pedagógica con el propósito de promover un ambiente propicio para el aprendizaje socioemocional, fortalecer estas habilidades no solo contribuye al bienestar emocional de los infantes, sino que también impactó positivamente en su desarrollo integral fomentando la empatía, la resolución de conflictos y la comunicación asertiva. Las malas relaciones interpersonales han afectado el diario vivir de los estudiantes; por ello, fue fundamental haber realizado esta investigación; pues, fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales de los infantes por medio de actividades pedagógicas como talleres y capacitaciones permitió involucrar a los padres de familia para que ellos fueran partícipes del desarrollo de cada estrategia pedagógica que se llevó a cabo en apoyo con sus hijos.
El haber abordado esas dificultades desde una perspectiva pedagógica, logró propiciar un mejor ambiente en el aprendizaje socioemocional y en el desarrollo integral de los niños y niñas; así mismo, la investigación demostró la importancia de abordar las dificultades en las relaciones interpersonales y esto fue un factor fundamental para que los estudiantes mejoren sus aprendizajes generando en el aula de clases espacios de interacción entre infantes. Además, con las actividades se mejoraron las dimensiones personales de los niños y también las relaciones interpersonales de los maestros porque ellos también obtuvieron herramientas que les permitieron mejorar su desempeño como docente.
La eficacia y construcción de esta investigación contribuye a fortalecer esas relaciones interpersonales que estaban generando déficit en el entorno educativo y por ende mejorar la calidad educativa de los estudiantes del centro educativo del porvenir en el municipio del charco departamento de Nariño. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this research was to strengthen interpersonal relationships in the early school stage, specifically at the El Porvenir Educational Center, located in the municipality of Charco, Nariño. Since it was identified that the boys and girls in the first grade presented difficulties in relating emotionally with their peers, showing shyness and low participation, which hinders interpersonal relationships, communication and the achievement of common objectives of the group.
It should be noted that it was essential to address these difficulties from a pedagogical perspective with the purpose of promoting an environment conducive to socio-emotional learning, strengthening these skills not only contributes to the emotional well-being of infants, but also positively impacted their comprehensive development by promoting empathy. , conflict resolution and assertive communication. Bad interpersonal relationships have affected the daily lives of students; Therefore, it was essential to have carried out this research; Therefore, strengthening the interpersonal relationships of infants through pedagogical activities such as workshops and training allowed parents to be involved so that they could participate in the development of each pedagogical strategy that was carried out in support of their children. Having addressed these difficulties from a pedagogical perspective, it was possible to foster a better environment in socio-emotional learning, and in the comprehensive development of boys and girls, the research demonstrated the importance of addressing difficulties in interpersonal relationships, this was a fundamental factor for that the infants improve their learning, because in the classroom spaces for interaction with the children were generated and also with the activities the personal dimensions of the children and also the interpersonal relationships of the teachers were improved because they, too, were beneficiaries to improve his performance as a teacher. The effectiveness and construction of this research contributes to strengthening those interpersonal relationships that were generating deficits in the educational environment and therefore improve the educational quality of the students of the educational center of the future in the municipality of Charco, department of Nariño.
