| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto pedagógico titulado "El género narrativo como estrategia pedagógica para
promover el valor de la bondad en niños y niñas de preescolar del colegio La Sierra en
Valledupar, Cesar" tiene como objetivo fundamental fomentar el valor de la bondad en niños de
4 y 5 años a través de actividades interactivas que integran la narración de cuentos y la creación
de títeres. Este enfoque busca no solo enseñar un valor fundamental, sino también contribuir al
desarrollo socioemocional de los niños, promoviendo un ambiente de convivencia respetuosa y
colaborativa en el aula.
La metodología del proyecto se estructura en varias etapas, comenzando con la
identificación de comportamientos individualistas y actitudes de poca bondad observadas durante
las prácticas pedagógicas. Se ha evidenciado que, en situaciones como la hora de receso, algunos
niños no comparten sus juguetes, y en actividades de clase, se presentan actitudes agresivas
como empujones. Estas observaciones han motivado la necesidad de implementar un programa
que aborde estas conductas y fomente la empatía y el respeto entre los niños.
Ahora bien, las historias seleccionadas para el proyecto, "Itzelina y los rayos del sol" y
"El elefante generoso", servirán como herramientas didácticas para facilitar la comprensión de la
bondad. A través de la narración, se fomentará un diálogo reflexivo donde los niños compartirán
sus pensamientos y experiencias previas relacionadas con los valores de la bondad y la
generosidad. Además, se integrarán actividades de dramatización, donde los niños podrán
representar las historias, lo que les permitirá experimentar de manera práctica los valores que se
buscan inculcar.
En ese sentido, el proyecto también contempla la participación activa de las familias,

promoviendo conversaciones sobre los cuentos y sus enseñanzas en el hogar, lo que refuerza el
aprendizaje y crea un ambiente más enriquecedor. La evaluación del impacto del proyecto se
realizará mediante observaciones y encuestas, permitiendo medir cambios en el comportamiento
de los niños y realizar ajustes necesarios. En conjunto, estas estrategias buscan formar niños más
empáticos y responsables, logrando así el objetivo de fomentar la bondad en la infancia y
contribuir a una convivencia armoniosa en el aula. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The educational project entitled "The narrative genre as a pedagogical strategy to
promote the value of kindness in preschool children at the La Sierra school in Valledupar, Cesar"
has as its fundamental objective to promote the value of kindness in children aged 4 and 5
through interactive activities that integrate storytelling and puppet creation. This approach seeks
not only to teach a fundamental value, but also to contribute to the socio-emotional development
of children, promoting an environment of respectful and collaborative coexistence in the
classroom.
The methodology of the project is structured in several stages, beginning with the
identification of individualistic behaviors and attitudes of little kindness observed during
pedagogical practices. It has been shown that, in situations such as recess time, some children do
not share their toys, and in class activities, aggressive attitudes such as pushing occur. These
observations have motivated the need to implement a program that addresses these behaviors and
fosters empathy and respect among children.
The stories selected for the project, "Itzelina and the Sun's Rays" and "The Generous
Elephant," will serve as teaching tools to facilitate the understanding of kindness. Through
storytelling, a reflective dialogue will be encouraged where children will share their thoughts and
previous experiences related to the values of kindness and generosity. In addition, dramatization
activities will be integrated, where children will be able to act out the stories, allowing them to
experience in a practical way the values that are sought to be instilled.
In this sense, the project also contemplates the active participation of families, promoting
conversations about the stories and their teachings at home, which reinforces learning and creates
a more enriching environment. The evaluation of the impact of the project will be carried out

through observations and surveys, allowing changes in children's behavior to be measured and
necessary adjustments to be made. Together, these strategies seek to form more empathetic and
responsible children, thus achieving the goal of promoting kindness in childhood and
contributing to harmonious coexistence in the classroom. | |
