| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de investigación Dulces tradicionales de Maguí Payán como estrategia de
enseñanza aprendizaje para el área de Ciencias Sociales en el grado 2° del Centro Educativo
Estero Seco Abajo, se orientó a fortalecer el conocimiento de los dulces tradicionales del
pacifico apoyándose en un diseño curricular dirigido al área de Ciencias Sociales y al grado 2°
del Centro Educativo Estero Seco Abajo del municipio de Maguí Payán, Nariño. Surge como
iniciativa ante necesidad de que los estudiantes adquirieran mejores conocimientos en la
preparación de los dulces tradicionales, de esta manera se podrá recuperar la herencia ancestral
con fines culinarios. El objetivo principal es fomentar desde el ejercicio pedagógico la
conservación y apropiación de las costumbres y tradiciones en cuanto al proceso y fabricación
de dulces tradicionales de la región, así mismo se busca reconocer la importancia del arte
culinario y resaltar los sabores de estos productos que con el pasar de las generaciones se ido

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The research project Traditional Sweets of Maguí Payán as a teaching-learning strategy for
the area of Social Sciences in the 2nd degree of the Estero Seco Abajo Educational Center, was
oriented to strengthen the knowledge of the traditional sweets of the pacific, based on a directed
curriculum design to the area of Social Sciences and to the 2nd degree of the Estero Seco
Educational Center. Below the municipality of Maguí Payán, Nariño. It emerges as an initiative
in view of the need for students to acquire better knowledge in the preparation of traditional
sweets, in this way the ancestral heritage can be recovered for culinary purposes. The main
objective is to promote from the pedagogical exercise the conservation and appropriation of the
customs and traditions regarding the process and manufacture of traditional sweets of the region,
likewise it seeks to recognize the importance of the culinary art and highlight the flavors of these
