| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de investigación se orienta a preservar las plantas medicinales en la región, en especial, en el Municipio de Barbacoas, fomentando en la comunidad educativa el saber cultural y la ejecución de diferentes estrategias pedagógicas, entre ellas la creación de un herbario didáctico. Las plantas medicinales son saberes que se van trasmitiendo en el trascurso del tiempo, estos elementos han evolucionado en un contexto de aprendizaje y desarrollo vivencial, cosmovisión y necesidades propias de su subsistencia.
Buscando elevar el nivel de conocimiento a través de la elaboración de un herbario con plantas medicinales como estrategia pedagógica para preservar el conocimiento de la Etnomedicina en el área de Ciencias naturales del grado 1° del Centro Educativo Niño Jesús de Praga del Municipio de Barbacoas haciendo uso del método de investigación acción llevando a la práctica los derechos básicos de aprendizaje (DBA), para mejorar los procesos de enseñanza en su quehacer pedagógico junto con los saberes ancestrales. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The research project is aimed at preserving medicinal plants in the region, especially in the Municipality of Barbacoas, fostering in the educational community the cultural knowledge and the implementation of different pedagogical strategies, including the creation of a didactic herbarium. Medicinal plants are knowledge that is transmitted over time, these elements have evolved in a context of learning and experiential development, cosmovision and needs of their own subsistence.
Seeking to raise the level of knowledge through the elaboration of a herbarium with medicinal plants as a pedagogical strategy to preserve the knowledge of the Ethnomedicine in the area of Natural Sciences of the 1st grade of the Educational Center Niño Jesús de Praga of the Municipality of Barbacoas making use of the action research method putting into practice the basic learning rights (DBA), to improve teaching processes in their pedagogical work together with ancestral knowledge.
The analysis of the pedagogical strategy itself was carried out as an educational tool to facilitate the teaching - learning process in the area of natural sciences. The results show its effectiveness as its coupling to promote meaningful knowledge in the students in training process, empowering through the playful that is gestated within the framework of the cultural manifestation proper to our roots, a pedagogical support for the institution from two angles: the own curricular development and the socio-cultural revitalization of the Afro territories of the Telembi Subregion. | spa |
