| dc.description.abstract | Identificar el tipo de innovación de acuerdo con varios conceptos que en este caso para el programa que está dirigió a la comunidad se identifica como “las actividades innovadoras y servicios que están motivados por el objetivo de satisfacer necesidades sociales que son predominantemente difundidas por organizaciones de carácter social” (Young, 2006). En el presente documento se presenta la historia de gestación del proyecto FOEST, así como las figuras que en ella participan, también se abordan aquellos elementos que permiten llevar a cabo el funcionamiento y participación de la comunidad Tocancipeña para llegar a transformarse en carácter innovador. El tipo de metodología que se utilizó para recolectar la información sobre el proyecto es de tipo social, basándose en las experiencias de los diferentes actores, consultas en la web, videos en redes sociales, se realizaron entrevistas y acercamientos con los beneficiarios del programa que en su mayoría son jóvenes residentes del municipio de Tocancipá. El programa FOEST el municipio de Tocancipá es considerado una de las mejores estrategias que ha desarrollado el gobierno municipal para lograr llegar a estudiantes de bajos recursos y estos puedan acceder a la educación superior. El programa Fondo para la educación superior se encuentra en una escala TRL9, donde el sistema está probado con éxito en un entorno real y aplicado a gran escala, funcionando bajo una amplia gama de condiciones de operación, su autodefinición es comunitaria, busca alianzas y es sostenible. | |

The type of methodology that was used to collect information about the project is of a social nature, based on the experiences of the different actors, consultations on the web, videos on social networks, interviews and approaches were conducted with the beneficiaries of the program that in the majority are young residents of the municipality of Tocancipá. The FOEST program in the municipality of Tocancipá is considered one of the best strategies that the municipal government has developed to reach low-income students and they can access higher education. The Higher Education Fund program is on a TRL9 scale, where the system is successfully tested in a real environment and applied on a large scale, operating under a wide range of operating conditions, its self-definition is community, it seeks alliances and it is sustainable. | |
